Hello @kalombo the measurement procedure is the one of procedures that call "Long task" in Plesk.
Yes, sometimes they may to hang. Please refer to this article  How to cancel a stuck task in Plesk to stop it. After it will be stopped you can safely to re-run it (click "Measure" once again)
