I'm getting
Permission denied: mod_fcgid: can't lock process table in pid xxxxx

in error logs

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Sorry to regurgitate this issue; but it's still going on at the new server..

and the visitor sees a 502 Bad Gateway.. This happens when the hosting is set for FastCGI.. Even happens with the latest PHP..
