Question Permission to use extensions?

Basic Pleskian
I found that seems no permission configured to all extension, so all level of user (Reseller, Customers) can access all extension. Is that true?

I would like to hide some extension for example: backup to dropbox (or cloudflare) in customer level, but allow it in Reseller level. How can I configure it?
