Permissions error after upgrade

Something like this..

cd /home/httpd/vhosts
for dir in *
do
user=`stat -c "%U" $dir/private`
echo "<IfModule mod_suexec.c>" >> $dir/conf/vhost.conf
echo "SuexecUserGroup $user psacln" >> $dir/conf/vhost.conf
echo "</IfModule>" >> $dir/conf/vhost.conf
done
