Permissions on debian

hello,
i updated my plesk to 8.0.1 and did some configurations on the server (changed permission for typo3 and so on). now every time i try to change existing domains plesk tells me permission denied. In the meanwhile i gave full permissions and group ist root. Can someone tell me which group i need? Email, ftp and ssh don't work either.
