PHostingManager::setupIPAddress() -> missing IP

Hi there,

we have the problem that by assigning a physical host to a domain that this action fails with:


PleskFatalException

PHostingManager::setupIPAddress() failed: Unable to set current ip address: IP-Adresse nicht vorhanden.

Unable to fetch form data: ERROR: Unable to set current ip address: IP-Adresse nicht vorhanden.

how can we solve the problem?
