PHP 5 error when creating new domain

When I try to create a new domain in plesk panel 11.0.9 I get this error: Error: Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Execute websrvmng --add-domain "--domain-name=physicianlogin.info" failed with error code 1: PHP 5 is not installed
server management shows:
ASP 7.5.7601.17514
ASP.NET 2.0.50727.4927
ASP.NET 4.0.30319.1
FastCGI Support 7.5.7601.17514
Perl v5.10.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
PHP 5.3.19
Python 2.6.5.12
Updates shows php installed and up to date.
HELP!
