  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

TITLE:
PHP additional configuration directives issue
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Plesk 17.8.11 Update #7, Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When a service plan is saved it overwrites the contents of the additional PHP configuration directives of all the subscriptions/domains underneath it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Go to "Subscriptions > example.com > PHP Settings > PHP Settings Additional directives > Additional configuration directives", enter a custom setting such as: "max_input_vars = 1000" or some custom PHP-FMP settings. These settings are saved/applied successfully.
2) Now go to "Service Plans > Example Service Plan 01" and hit OK/Apply.
3) The custom configuration of the first step is now gone or replaced.
ACTUAL RESULT:
The contents of "Service Plans > Example Service Plan 01 > PHP Settings > Additional directives > Additional configuration directives" overwrites the contents of all the subscriptions/domains underneath it.
If the field is empty it will also empty out the all the fields of the subscriptions.
If the field is not empty it will copy and apply it's contents to all the subscriptions.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Maybe to act as a default value for new subscriptions (?) and/or not to mess with subscriptions that already have some custom PHP configuration.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is not the best behaviour, because if the admin wants to edit a service plan to change some permissions or some other resources, will eventually end up breaking/deleting all the custom PHP configuration of the subscriptions/domains and maybe breaking some apps.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM:
Confirm bug
