• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

PHP Code for Ecwid Store Indexing

New Pleskian
I have been building our site (www.zarotiadou.gr) with the Web Presence Builder (as offered by the host www.yourbusiness.gr) and using the proposed Ecwid Store plugin for e-shop facilities. Ecwid proposes the following http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/62638683/Google%20AJAX%20indexing%20for%20your%20Ecwid%20store#PHPExample methodology in order to setup a site for search engine indexing.

WPB (as setup in www.yourbusiness.gr) does not permit PHP code in the ‘Settings’->‘Advanced’->‘Edit metadata’ field (even though, I do run php code snippets in the body of the site’s pages).

A. Is this a general feature of WPB or a particular one in the host installation?

B. What actions must be taken in order to implement ‘Step 2’ of the proposed Ecwid methodology for Google indexing in WPB?

Thank you.

PS. I'm not sure whether it's a Linux or Windows host installation ...
