Issue PHP-FPM utilizing 100% of the cpu

Hello,

i'm using dedicated server to hot magento site, i've noticed a slow in processing requests when checked (htop) i've found the php-fpm using the CPU 100% with every request.

site still not published.

how to know which script or what is making php-fpm using the cpu 100%?
how to configure slow.log with plesk?
