• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

php image problem

Hi,

I have a problem where images displayed by php scripts do not show/load. For example, when using Gallery (installed via the app vault) in place of all images are the browser's "replacement" icon. I've tried various browsers too. I have Imagemagick and netpbm installed. This is running on a SuSE 9.1 box that was set up by my hosting provider. I think they've missed something like a library or php.ini setting maybe. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Doug

In the admin section of Gallery it tells me that the GD library is not installed. It is installed in /usr/lib. There was a section where I could prioritize netpbm over GD which I did. Images are now "showing up".
