Is PHP version 4.3 installed by default by the Plesk installer (version 7.5)?

Thanks...

Thank you.

Do you know what would cause this to get logged in the Event Viewer 0r better yet, how to correct it? The message seems to give a little information, but I don't want to go down a certain path without really understanding the root cause.

log:

The description for Event ID ( 2000 ) in Source ( php ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: php[2756], PHP Warning: mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 2177.
