  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PHP "missing" after installing Zend Server

Hello,

I've recently installed Zend Server 5, replacing the PHP provided by CentOS 5. Plesk works fine, but the Panel now thinks that PHP is missing. Consequently, certain options relating to PHP are now grayed out.

How can I tell Plesk that PHP is actually installed?

expose_php = On

Thanks for the idea! Alas, the value is already set to On, as verified by phpinfo(), but Plesk still doesn't see PHP. Of course I have no clue just how Plesk would try to detect PHP's presence to begin with.

There's one oddity about Zend Server: Their packages replace php, but not php-cli. Maybe this is confusing Plesk?!
