• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

php safe_mode

Hi folks,

I need to turn off the safe_mode for some domains, then I set it on httpd.include (in /var/www/vhosts/domain/conf), and everything works fine. So, after some days, the Plesk return the configuration without the flag to turn off the safe_mode. Any ideas to solve this problem ?? Thanks,

BJ

You need to place this change within "vhost.conf" on "conf" directory.

Not with Plesk 8, you don't. Now you need to go into the domain's preferences settings (where you say if the domain can run php, apache-asp, and such) and set safe_mode there to be off or on.
A search of "Safe_mode" in the Plesk 8 area of these forums would have brought up the answer.
