Resolved PHP version not the same for all handlers.

Using Plesk 17.8.11 on Ubuntu 16 and have PHP version set to 7.2 (FPM/FastCGI). Works fine when the file is a *php. However, I also have .htm and .html setup as PHP handles in which case I get version 7.0 (CGI/FastCGI).

Any idea how to change the settings so that all pages go through PHP 7.2.

Sounds like you have configured your Apache to use the "mod_php" handler for .html files instead of the PHP-FPM handler.
