Issue PHP - WebP Support (compile PHP with "--with-webp-dir=libwebp Directory")

Regular Pleskian
Currently PHP Binaries are compiled without WebP Support. Please compile it with "--with-webp-dir=libwebp Directory" Option. Should be no problem.
