phpMyAdmin BLOB uploads

Hello,

When I try to upload a file of more than 600 KB into a blob field through phpmyadmin, it times out after several minutes. I've already increased the upload limit of php and mysql to 10MB, so that shouldn't cause this error.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem or know any solution to this problem? Thanks in advance!
