As far as I know it is phpmyadmin bug https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/12154 fixed in 4.6.1 version. This version of phpmyadmin is used now in Plesk Onyx.

You can use this version only when it will be updated in one of next Plesk 12.5 microupdates.
