phpmyadmin hangs after SQL file upload/execution

there seems to be a problem with the PSA version of phpmyadmin.

After I upload and execute a sql script (>1MB), phpmyadmin hangs. When I end IE, all PSA-related screens are closed as well.

Really annoying when migrating data!
Is there a solution for this?
 
Ok, when I use the phpmyadmin delivered with plesk, it runs at 99.9% cpu and is unable to process files which have 3000 records or more.

Really annoying. Pleask, do something!
 
I'm having same problem. Not sure if it's phpmyadmin or PSA bug. Gonna install a standalone phpmyadmin and see if that'll work.

Anyone found the solution for this?
