PhpMyAdmin import problem

I have problem importing with PhpMyAdmin. I create dump with PhpMyAdmin by selecting tables to dump. Then I download file to my PC and import it into another site on same machine. Import succeeds, but some of the fields get strange addon, like http://www.domain.net/index.php?phpMyAdmin=uptQ,JSNC0LjlmPPuyV5MTVsJOc.
Note the **** after filename. The original link was http://www.domain.net/index.php.
This problem occurs only when dumping by selecting tables. If I dump by whole database everything ok. But then I have "Create database" and "Use database" commands which are not acceptable because import occurs into different database.
Please advice
