PinnacleCart Backup

    Hello, When I try to do a database backup within PinnacleCart, it displays "Backup file has been created", but no backup file exists.

    Plesk Ver.10.3.1 for Windows
    Windows Ver.2008 R2
    PinnacleCart Ver.3.7.8 R.800

    To duplicate error:
    1. Install PinnacleCart on domain using APS in Plesk Control Panel. (requires key)
    2. Log into PinnacleCart as admin and go to Cart Settings - Database & Backup Tools - Backup/Restore - Backup button.
    3. Choose Backup/Restore tab to confirm file not created.

    I've contacted PinnacleCart and they think it is a Windows/IIS permissions issue, but they don't know for sure. I've tried changing file permissions and giving PHP the ability to run EXE, but that did not help. Any ideas what will get these backups to work? Thank you.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Your link is for an add-on product that costs $149. Pinnacle Cart has a built-in backup feature that should work, but doesn't. That's what I would like to get working.
