I understand that you are facing issues while logging into Parallels Small Business Panel. But, I am sorry to say that we can no longer provide support to Parallels Small Business Panel.
As per Parallels life cycle policy, the "Parallels Small Business Panel" has reached End of Life & Support on "July 1, 2012". We are not supposed to handle issue other security breaches. For more details regrading this, you can refer the link below:

Consider possibility for migration to Plesk Panel.
