  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello there :)

While it is hard to say what's wrong with the server from the screenshot alone, it looks like the system is unable to find some file it is looking for, so it might be worth a try using procmon to troubleshoot the issue. This being said, this is purely an IIS issue (as in, it is very unlikely Plesk has got anything to do with it), so you may have better luck asking the question on the Microsoft forums.

What is your Plesk version? If it is 12.5, have you tried to fix it with

plesk repair installation
plesk repair web

?
