Please help - Our server gone down every day on same time - DC, Manager, nobody knows

Hi fellas,

we have a mysterious, every day (almost on same hour and minute) our server gone down (entire server).

Plesk 12 (with just one website) mysql, centos6,

Our manager already try a lot of things, and don't find the issue.
DC same as well said that all service is working,

we don't know more what to do,
Our logs are not showing anything.
there is no cron running at this time...

could you share the localization (path) of this possibles logs ?
or a best practice to start this such investigation, where to start?

But I think that OS logs should be investigated too. It is usual Linux administration task. Contact Support Team if you are not familiar with Linux administration.
