Please,

can somebody give to me link,hint or anything which will teach me how to safely upgrade my mysql (primary) and some other demons?

Be careful though, there are few typos. I also had problem with IMAP SSH option when doing .configure and make and I solved it with 3rd party IMAP libraries (google around if you have problems too).
