Plesk 10.3.1 - php-cgi.exe CPU 100%

Hi,

We installed a fresh windows 2008 server with Plesk 10.3.1.
Created a few domains, didn't upload content / scrips yet.

Overnight cpu usage went up, control panel not available anymore.

Found the following in the logs:

health-alarm:
2011-08-17T06:05:21+02:00 INFO (6): Server health parameter "Services > Panel CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red".

panel:
2011-08-16T12:16:13+02:00 ERR (3): There are no available resources of this type (domains) left. Requested: 1; available: 0.

Make sure that you have installed all microupdates - http://kb.odin.com/en/9294

There were some new microupdates available, I installed them.
After that, the problem is not solved.
I noticed that the problem is in the setting "FastCGI application". Because when I set all the domains to ISAPI extension there is no problem. Of course we need the "FastCGI application" for our customers.

Can't stop the cpu load, because the panel it selves uses FastCGI.

CPU load

I have had the same issues with CPU load after the 10.3.1 update. I am supposedly current on my patches.
