Parallels Support what can we do to solve our problems?

Try this KB article http://kb.parallels.com/en/113474

BTW, it is a forum, a place for discussions and it is not a support helpdesk because we can't login on your server and investigate problem there. Only Support Team can do it. If you need urgent support - contact Paralles Support Team here - http://www.parallels.com/support And if they really find a bug, they send bugreport to developers.
On forum you can just receive or not receive suggestions and directions but not support.

DUMP_TMP_D is set to: "/var/tmp" (no whitespace at the end)

Try to install perl-DBD-mysql and perl-DBI packages from OS vendor's repository.

I allready checked this. It is correct.

Try to install perl-DBD-mysql and perl-DBI packages from OS vendor's repository.
perl-DBD-mysql (APT Paket: libdbd-mysql-perl)
perl-DBI (APT Paket: libdbi-perl)
Both are allready installed - so thats not the resolution.

Any other ideas?

hi together,

same in my case both modules were already installed and are up2date (libdbd-mysql-perl and libdbi-perl).
Error is still there on both servers.

Are there any scripts to check the Plesk Installation for missing modules, DB content...
Or can i reinstall the hole Plesk Panel without loosing all the configurations?

Same problem

Hello, i have the same problem regarding backups on different servers (Ubuntu 10.04):

<description>Unable to check dump: Could not check dump. Invalid xml response:
at /opt/psa/PMM/agents/PleskX/PmmCli.pm line 177
PmmCli::parseCheckDumpResult('Error: adjacent parameter is empty in \'dump-file-specificati...') called at /opt/psa/admin/bin/plesk_agent_manager line 1143
main::checkDump('/var/lib/psa/dumps', '', '/opt/psa/PMM/sessions/2012-06-05-131612.261') called at /opt/psa/admin/bin/plesk_agent_manager line 670
main::__ANON__() called at /usr/share/perl5/Error.pm line 416
[...]

Servers are currently run on versions 10.4.4 #32 and #34.
I already checked the psa config file (dump_tmp_d is set to "/tmp") and did the database consistency check (no errors).
Backups are not possible regardless wether executed automatically or manually.

I am feeling very uncomfortable with backups not running correctly and it seems to me that many others do have exactly the same problem (see the "... adjacent parameter is empty..."). IMHO Parallels should be able to fix this error.

Does anyone else know a solution?

Good news my Backups are running again!

Try:

Step 1:
apt-get remove psa-backup-manager

Step2:
reboot server

Step3:
Login to Plesk Panel an reinstall
"Plesk migration manager" and "Server backup solutions"

Step4:
Make funny Backups ;o)

MANY THANKS TO ETOFI FOR THE SOLUTION!!!!

sorry the solution doesn´t work for long time.... only one night and the error is back again...

Sorry but at my server my "solution" works only one day.
Tonight it is the same problem as before.

http://kb.parallels.com/en/6693 - Parallels Plesk Panel Database Scheme Checker: How to check integrity of PP system database

I used the script and that is the message - is that Ok?
Code:
Trying to retrieve DB schema from ./10.4-psa.sql
checking base psa by /usr/local/psa/tmp/db.sql
===Missed keys===
<domains>.<parentDomainId>
Trying to retrieve DB schema from ./10.4-apsc.sql

Why should I buy a 75$ support ticket if there is a bug in your software?
