Plesk 10.4.4 is screwed and errors / permission issus everywhere

After trying to upgrade from 10.3.1 > 10.4.4 is when the problems seem to start. Basically Plesk is un-usable!!
I am hoping someone else who has this issue will help me please!!!


I have ran the bootstrapper.sh
I have ran suggested comments ie;
chown psaadm.psaadm /usr/local/psa/var/utilities.sem
chown psaadm.psaadm /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/packagemng
chown psaadm.psaadm /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/packagemng
