Plesk 10.4.4 Remote Desktop Access Bug

When I try to enable access for my hosting account to have remote desktop access it does not show up in advanced options on the websites & domains tab and the permission goes back to login prohibited. I set the permissions from the admin account to allow myself access but nothing shows up. It's on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
