Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.

Plesk 10.4.4 With Mailenable Enterprise ( Webmail Client Issues )

New Pleskian
Hi there,
I have Windows 2008 SP2 and Plesk 10.4.4 Fresh Installed. I understand Horde comes by default as webmail client. but i had installed Mailenable Enterprise as mail server and also to use as webmail client.
I fail to set mailenable as Default Webmail Client from the Plesk panel it self: when Accessing mail preview from inside the plesk it will say ERROR 404, any idea and detailed help will be highly Appreciated.
I have even Hired Pros to handle this and they came up with the following message ::
""
As discussed over the Skype chat, We have discussed on the issues with "mewebmail" client redirection when previewed from plesk panel and how the custom redirection scripts placed by us enables the same redirection feature over web browser as per your requirement. As informed you over the chat the scenario is the same as explained in the Mailenable forum "http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=23106", webmail.domain.xx instead of domain.xx/mewebmail" that confirms the problem is with the Plesk panel which does not allow the redirection for the MailEnable web mail interface correctly when you have set the MailEnable web mail as the default web mail client. As you have informed us that you would get in touch with Parallels support regarding this issue after all is done as per your requirement, We will continue to work on other requirements that are pending. We will keep you updated on the progress.
