• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hello Guys,

I have a problem in plesk 11 application catalog. Every time I try to install any web application ex. wordpress, joomla it produce an error like this:

"Error: Unable to install the app because its installation requirements are not met. Contact your hosting provider to resolve this problem."

(

PHP limits The PHP memory limit is 0 bytes. The app requires at least 40M bytes.
PHP extension The 'mysql' extension was not found.

)

It seems that plesk can't recognize my installed php extension. FYI I already checked the php.ini everything is set php extensions, mod_rewrite is disabled but still can't fix this problem....

Any help? please.... sorry for bad english...:)

Do you really have PHP support enabled for this subscription? Any custom .htaccess files there?
