  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
[root@server ~]#

# yum -x php5-ioncube-loader downgrade php\*

You may also want to look at yum-plugin-replace if that doesn't help you.

Since there are no suitable versions of php-mcrypt and php-fpm packages in your enabled repositories, the easiest way is to first remove these packages and then downgrade php:

# yum remove psa-phpfpm-configurator php-fpm php-mcrypt

Of course, this means that you loose mcrypt PHP extension and php-fpm support in Panel.

Please run following command after you're done with downgrade (to notify Panel about changes):

# plesk sbin packagemng -sdf

# yum -x php5-ioncube-loader downgrade php\*

Please run following command after you're done with downgrade (to notify Panel about changes):

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/packagemng -sdf

Thank you this was very helpfull.

PHP 5.4.17 did not play nice with roundcube mail - session.save_path and date.timezone
