Plesk 11.5 - plus addressing

I've been google this for a while now but could not find any solution

Before I've moved to plesk I had the plus addressing enabled on my server (meaning [email protected] was delivered to [email protected])
Since moved to plesk this stopped working

In default I get a "user unknown" error

If I enable the "recipient_delimiter" function in postfix / main.cf, the emails just get lost

I've found forum posts from 2008/2009 explaining this issue, but it seems that even 5 years later this is not working

Is there any solution or workaround to get this working?

This (I believe) should be quite simple to solve

AFAIK, this is not supported by Plesk.
