Plesk 11.5 problem after upgrade

Hello,
After upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5 I have strange issue

On Plesk Panel i have one subscription with WHMCS installation
Everything is good, but one module of WHMCS does not working

There is one error on the top of the page, but no errors in logs

Code: 
The file /var/www/vhosts/my.domain/httpdocs/admin/configregistrars.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.
