plesk 11 not getting notifications about updates

auto-updates OFF
notifications set to YES

I never received an email that updates are available fo rmy plesk verison
I receive other emails just fine (dr web, root etc.)

Do you mean option "Notify me about available updates but do not automatically install them" on page Tools & Settings>Update and Upgrade Settings ?
But it is notification on Home page but not by email.

ok got it
I just checked homepage on plesk 11 and it says last checked May 1st so no notification about updates, I checked manually for updates and it shows MU49..
so why plesk 11.09 haven;t checked since May 1st?
