We are thinking about to add start date and duration settings to email auto-responders in next Plesk releases.

No problem - this is very good idea, but I think about auto-responders settings in webmail like horde, roundcube or in plesk panel by log in as mailbox user. I think a lot of mail users want set this option in webmail or plesk panel by themself. Is it possible?

Agree it is a good idea. Moreover, it is already available in Plesk 11.5.

Since Plesk 11.5, which is in preview stage now,
"[+] Access to the Control Panel for mail users. When creating a mailbox, customers can specify whether Panel should create a corresponding user account. Learn more."

We don't have ETA for 11.5 yet.

Yes, however Parallels does not provide support for Plesk 11.5 preview builds.
Plesk 11.5 now in only for test servers, not for production.
