Plesk 12.5.27 default php Settings

Hello, i have 2 identical Server's the only different: one was installed with Debian 7 and upgraded to Debian 8.

Using on both Server vendorOS php Version 5.6.11

First Sever, here the Settings of the first Server which are correctly, this Server was upgraded from Debian 7 to Debian 8.

Now the second Server installed with Debian 8 and Plesk 12.1.26 now the php Settings Looks like:

i Need the Default Settings like on the first Server, because any Change of the "include_path" won't take effect, it will even be on: .:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear in httpd.conf in /var/WWW/vhosts/System/mydomain/conf, on my other Server it works correctly...
