Plesk 12.5.29 and python + perl not workong

hello i have an problem with python and perl both will be downloaded on the default page when i click on the tests.

System Debian 8 clean install with plesk 12.5.29

Currently only have picture from iphone.

And how do you enabled python and perl support for your domain?
