Plesk 12.5.30 install/autoinstall issues

Lex

New Pleskian
Hi. I am using Plesk 12.5.30 for a month now, two weeks ago it stopped working (nginx 504 Gateway Timeout on :8443 port). I wanted to make an update before I post anything here, but unfortunately I couldn't make it.

Update process (plesk-installer and /opt/psa/autoinstall) freezes at:

And so on (few lines per second).

I tried to move /root/parallels to /root/parallels2 and /root/parallels_installer to /root/parallels_installer2 and apt-get autoclean, apt-get update, apt-get upgrade but it didn't help.

Additional info:
Code:
Linux *hostname* 3.14.32-xxxx-grs-ipv6-64 #1 SMP Tue Jun 30 18:50:21 CEST 2015 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Distro: Debian Jessie
Architecture: x64

Thanks in advance for any suggestions I could make it work.

It is your OS related issue. Looks like lack of resources or something like that. Have you tried troubleshoot it with help of system logs? Investigation of /tmp/autoinstaller3.log also may be useful.

Last lines of autoinstaller3.log are:

Regular apt-get upgrade works like a charm.

System resources:

There is also enough disk space (47 GiB free)

Thanks for your help :)

@Lex,

You have a repository issue.

Since it is OVH, you can wait a couple of days before the issue will be patched, that is quite common. Nothing to do about that, but simply wait.

Naturally, you can also opt to "tap into" another repository (and I would personally choose for that option).

Regards....

@AlvaroG

You have another issue, you should be able to resolve your problem with a reboot of the server (since a start of psa service does not resolve anything).

Note that you are probably experiencing this issue due to a lack of resources (i.e. memory), so this issue can return in the near future.

Regards....
