  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 12.5 and HTTP/2

New Pleskian
Hi Plesk Users,

is there any chance to get mod_spdy or mod_h2 running in Plesk 12.5? The mod_spdy Debian Package is only for apache2 v2.2. mod_h2 comes first with apache2 v2.4.17. Actually Plesk is running apache2 v2.4.10.

So is it possible to use this mod_spdy port for Apache 2.4?
https://github.com/eousphoros/mod-spdy

Or is it possible to switch to Apache 2.4.18 from sid (unstable)?

Has anyone some informations about this?

Thanks and best regards!

Thanks for your reply. I've testet installing Apache 2.4.18 from Sid but there are depency problems with apache2-mpm-prefork and event. Could not get it to work in a simple way - for not crashing future Plesk Updates...Do you know when this update get released or know the status of implemantation?
