The Plesk requirements page still does not mention CentOS 7.
It installs and runs, but is it fully supported or do you mean it's technically suitable for CentOS7 ?

I just installed Plesk 12 at Centos 7 and got issue with apache and dns server,will look closely and post more about.
EDIT
Well it is minor issue with apache,php and horde cong files and dns error was due to FQDN wasn't resoving in time when installation was executed.All files are rebuilded successfuly.
