PLESK 12 - complete reinstall - easy complete Backup solutions

New Pleskian
hello,
I would like to completely reinstall my VServer with Ubuntu and Plesk 12.

Of course, I've already played it dozens of domains including installations. Databases and WordPress and am totally ignorant in Linux.
Is there an easy way to back up ALL data locally or via the second server to play again after reinstalling all domains including. Databases to?

Is there a software solution to the whole?

Thank You

You can use WinSCP and log in and copy the /var/lib/mysql dir and your vhosts dir to a local drive and pop them back in once you have everything recreated on the new server.
