Plesk 7.5.0 vs Plesk 7.5.3

I guess There are bugs in Plesk 7.5.0! Because the server will be very slow after work with Plesk 7.5.0 in few days!!

After I upgrade it to 7.5.3 , all will be correct ! But why ?
 
The bug of 7.5.0 seems be mail-service!

Because after I stop mail-service . All is ok!
