Plesk 7.5.5 & Sitebuilder

After the update from 7.5.4 to 7.5.5 sitebuilder should be available. Problem is that it can't be started. Not as admin and not as user.

http://localhost:5053/login.exe and http://localhost:5053/admin_login.exe page can't be displayed. As you see not from localohost and firewall is opened so external should work,

Service is up and running ! Anyone a suggestion where to look ?
