Plesk 8.0.1 SSH Access

Dear all,

I'm having a problem with my plesk server and hopefully you could help me out

When customers who have SSH access trying to connect to my server with SSH (directly over Plesk SSH Terminal) they always get the following error message:

password authentication failed

I tested it with some accounts and I always got the same error message like they do.

Authentication method is password (ftp password), hostname is the corresponding domain.

Now the strange one:
When I use an external Software like SSH Secure Shell CLient the connection is possible without any problems

So this problem only occurs in the Plesk CPanel...

Could someone help me pls?
