Plesk 8.1.1 corrupted backups

I have a server with Plesk 8.1.1 installed and several domains hosted on this server. Backups for all sites are going without problems, but as I found later for one site Plesk backup system generates corrupted backups with size 7-10Kb. But site takes near 500Mb on the disk.

My customer removed several pages on the site and he wanted to restore this site from backups. Instead he got empty site with default Plesk page and empty base, but user ftp-account and mails accounts were working. There are no working backups for this site. I assume that Plesk backed up only user settings for this site.

    To Plesk support:
Could you explain what happened and why it happened?
