plesk 8.1 + zend error

Hello,

I have plesk 8.1.0 installed at my centos server.

everything is ok till i want to install zend. after i install zend, apache didnt started. When i type start it says

Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
[FAILED]


When i unistall zend everything turns normal,

what is the problem and how can i solve it?

What version of PHP are you running? Also dedicated or VPS?
