I just installed Plesk 8.2 on a Debian (sarge) machine.
I dislike how the new "DBNames" act.
If i switch the "add customer name" on, my customer is added to the db name, if i switch it of my customer name is still added to the db field.
a) If i switch the feature off, i dont want to have my client username added to the dbname field.
b) I would prefer to have a "add DOMAINuser name / FTPUsername (anything what is domainspecific)" - i have only one customer/reseller on my system (which is me) and my customers/domainowners can create databases - would make more sense to make the name domainbased-specific instead reseller-specific . The main problem with DBnames is that customers may run into an already used name for their custom database - the problem still exists if you switch the new feature on and let customers decide which name they choose (they all would have the same resellername prefix)
