Plesk 8.2 Updater - Sitebuilder

Hello to Plesk Users
Has anyone got a suggestion what might be throwing this wobbler in my plesk admin panel updater area.

The system is on a new 1and1 business server plesk 8.2
here is the end of the updater email to admin
the message is the same from either admin panel or root prompt method

All five lines are included at the end of the email to admin from the plesk
admin panel updater method.

The last line (ERROR: start packages list for resolver is empty) is common
to both Admin panel and comand prompt update methods.
If you have any advice what it is referring to, please can you let me know
asap

Get packages to installation from selected component sitebuilder
Warning: unresolved requires 'dummy-fedora-core-4' from

Having the exact same problem trying to upgrade from Plesk 8.1.1 to Plesk 8.2 on CentOS 4.x - anyone have any ideas what this might mean?

Same problem on RHEL3. Any suggestions?
