Plesk 8.2 upgrade fail. Error 1920

The installation/upgrade from version 7.5.6 fails in the installing and starting pleskcontrolpanel service phase.

I have checked NTFS permissions applied to Plesk folder and found that psaadm has fullcontrol right over file httpd.conf. I have also attempted to copy the file php4apache2.dll to C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\modules\ but without result.

Any sugestion

Hello Everyone,

Did you get an error as http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=189636#post181476 ? It seems Apache was not updated completely and file Plesk\admin\conf\httpd.conf has old state. It contains line about php4apach2.dll, but Plesk 8.2 based on PHP5, and there is should be php5apache2.dll.
Please, try to change this value.

I folow whole tread http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=189636#post181476 10 times and makes everithing like Sergius recomended but without results, same error again and again.

This treat was about solution how to fix Apache upgrading issue BEFORE Plesk upgrading. But I suggest you've finished your upgrade already, or you revert the server from image?

If you server is still after upgrade and don't work, please, try to change the value
LoadModule php4_module "@@PleskDir@@admin/modules/php4apache2.dll" ->
LoadModule php5_module "@@PleskDir@@admin/modules/php5apache2.dll"
in the file httpd.conf .

Gorik, after upgrade fail and installation roll back server work perfectly. I Dont need to restore from image.

On last try to upgrade to 8.2 i changed value "@@PleskDir@@admin/modules/php4apache2.dll" ->
"@@PleskDir@@admin/modules/php5apache2.dll"
in the file httpd.conf but new error reported.

Yes it failed after upgrade. I will try and change this setting in the httpd.conf. where is that file located??

ok I see it the load module php5 module string is the only php string in the conf file. its already there and still broken

OK. Upgrade from ver. 7.5.6 to 7.6.1 is completed without problems.
But now i have another problem and I think in missconfiguring registry key.
Can someone of you compare this key whith your registry entery.
